General
In order to provide the best user experience, we decided to create two apps.
The GETHAIR Trainee APP, is aimed at the student/trainee and conveys the teaching content in a playful and professional way. With “Micro-Step-Based Learning”, all content is brought closer to the trainee step by step.
The GETHAIR Coach APP, enables the trainer/coach to provide feedback to his/her trainee in a simple way and to view the learning statistics, progress, and successes of his/her trainee.
GETHAIR Trainee App: There is always one trainee per learning package, and learning progress and results are documented for each trainee in a similar way to a textbook, which serves as a work tool.
GETHAIR Coach App:
It is easily possible for several coaches to use a single coach account. This makes it possible for several coaches to gain an insight into the learning progress of the trainees/apprentices.
Many of our packages have a free trial period during which you can try out a package.
Cancellation of an order is only possible if the package has not yet been used.
The Trainee-App
As a trainee, you will learn how to learn your profession playfully using step-by-step instructions (micro-step-based learning).
Produce great results and send them to your personal coach. The coach can write you feedback and you will receive stars for your result.
It’s quite simple :). Go to the menu in the GETHAIR Trainee App -> “Your Coach.” Now click on the “Invite coach” button. An input mask will appear in which you can enter the e-mail address of your coach/trainer. Click on “Invite coach” and your enquiry will be sent to the coach. As soon as your coach has confirmed the request, he/she can give you feedback on your results and view your learning progress.
As soon as your coach has created his/her account, he/she can share this account with his/her colleagues/employees if he/she wishes. To do this, each coach must install the GETHAIR Coach App on his/her smartphone and log in with the same user account.
This means that anyone who has access to this account can see how your learning is progressing and give you feedback.
Yes, there are various certificates that you can obtain. Under the menu item “Certificates” in the GETHAIR Trainee App, you can see which certificates are available for your respective package.
No, your results, feedback, and ratings will always remain visible in your account, even if you have separated from the coach.
Your coach only has insight into your learning progress if your accounts are connected.

The COACH App
The coach’s task is to accompany his/her trainees through the training, evaluate the results and provide constructive feedback.
To achieve continuous feedback quality, the coach has various insights into the learning progress of his/her trainee.
To invite one or more trainees, go to the COACH app and click on the “+ symbol” shown at the top left. An input mask will now appear in which you can enter the e-mail address of your trainee. Click on “Invite” to send the trainee an invitation request. As soon as the trainee has confirmed this request, your trainee will be displayed in the trainee overview.
Repeat this process for each trainee you want to connect with.

Packages
You can find various packages in our Online-Shop. We are constantly striving to develop further learning packages.
After purchasing a package, you will receive an activation code by e-mail.
To display the package contents, go to Menu -> Packages. Click on the gray “i”. You will now be taken to the overview of the training courses within the selected package.
A package consists of different levels, which in turn contain programs, which in turn consist of individual training courses. The training courses are structured in “micro-steps”, i.e. step-by-step learning units.
A level is usually completed with a challenge. In the challenge, previously learned know-how is creatively put into practice, thus deepening the knowledge.
To add a package, go to the menu -> packages. Now click on the “+ symbol” at the top right. An input mask will appear in which you can enter your parcel activation code.
You can find in our Online-Shop purchase various packages. You will receive a separate activation code for each package by e-mail.
No, the package does not expire. Please note that you need a separate package for each trainee/apprentice and that the packages are not transferable to other users.
Similar to a textbook, the app serves as a “work utensil” in which the trainee saves feedback, results and more. This enables the trainee to view the results and feedback at a later date.
